The short version

The RefiResult calculator runs entirely in your browser. No mortgage data you enter is transmitted to our servers or stored anywhere. We don't collect it, we don't see it, we don't sell it.

What we collect

We use standard analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand traffic patterns — pages viewed, general geographic region, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not run advertising pixels.

Affiliate links

RefiResult contains affiliate links to third-party mortgage lenders and comparison services. If you click one of these links and apply for or close a loan, we may receive a referral fee. This does not affect the calculator results, recommendations, or editorial content on this site.

When you click an affiliate link, the destination site's own privacy policy applies. We recommend reviewing their terms before submitting any personal or financial information.

Calculator data

All numbers you enter into the RefiResult calculator (loan balance, interest rates, closing costs, etc.) are processed locally in your browser using JavaScript. Nothing is sent to any server. We have no record of any calculation you perform.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests and may log standard server access data (IP address, request path, timestamp). See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may set a cookie or log requests. You can self-host fonts if this concerns you.
